Returns
We want to ensure that your Cleanova Bath product is 100% perfect. However, if something isn’t quite right, we are here to help! You have 100 days from the delivery date to return your order, giving you plenty of time to return or exchange your items. Please understand that personalized products and earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged (unless faulty). If you have any queries regarding your order, please get in touch with our customer service team who will be happy to advise you further.
A few things to note:

All products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact.

We cannot accept returns on personalized items. This includes all products in our custom collections, as well as any additional engraving or specific modifications made to an item (unless faulty).

We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless faulty).

We cannot refund gift packaging costs.

Returns are processed within five working days of our warehouse receiving them. Please note that it can sometimes take a few additional days for the refunded money to reflect in your account.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
Please be advised that personalized or custom pieces are made especially for you; therefore, after the 2-hour window, they can only be replaced or exchanged for store credit.
For non-customized pieces, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process once it arrives. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at info@cleanovabath.com.
How do I return my order?

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, or your item develops a fault over time, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately at info@cleanovabath.com so we can resolve the issue for you right away.
Gift Cards
Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We take great care to ensure you receive flawless, high-quality products. If you feel your order was damaged during transit or if you have any other concerns, please get in touch so we can make it right.
